Today, the District of Columbia held a groundbreaking event for its new Inclusive Innovation Incubator that will be located on Howard University’s campus. The National Geographic Channel has a new television show that focuses on scientific and technological innovation. The show, Breakthrough, premiered on Sunday, November 1, 2015, at 9:00 p.m. ET. Earlier this week, I was fortunate to be able to take part in an exciting technology demonstration. I attended a Google Developer Group (GDG-DC) event that included an overview of the Google Cloud Platform—a platform for developing applications and websites.
